You may return Boxes and Packaging purchased online at or in-store at your local Safestore branch within 14 days for a full refund.

Refund eligiblilty
To be eligible for a refund, the returned items but be in an unused condition – the same condition as you received them and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a proof of purchase with either an in-store receipt or email order confirmation.

Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 48 hours, however this may be minus delivery charge if the online order incurred a delivery cost. The value of the refund will be confirmed to you and it may take up to 5 days to reach your payment account, depending on your card issuer.

Return Shipping
If you cannot return the items to your local Safestore, you may need to pay for return shipping in order to receive your refund.
Please note:
Refunds for storage rental payments will only be processed where you have paid upfront for storage services you have subsequently cancelled by giving the appropriate notice period that the storage contract details. Please speak to the local store team to understand whether a refund is applicable if you are unsure or call us on 0800 444 800.
