Flexible contracts
If you’re unsure of how much space you’ll need, you can use our handy video guides or speak with one of our friendly advisors who can provide you with tailored advice to help you decide on the size of your storage room. Our rooms range from 10 sq ft (ideal for student storage or to store items such as sporting or camping gear) up to 500 sq ft (big enough to store the entire contents of a 5 bedroomed house or your business’s stock and equipment).
During your stay, if you find you need more or less space, you can quickly and easily increase or decrease the size of your room with no hassle and no hidden fees or penalties. If your business stock tends to fluctuate during the year, the ability to change the size of your room means you won't need to pay for more space than you actually need.
You can keep your room for just a week or for as long as you need, and can extend your stay at any time. This flexibility is ideal if you need to store household contents during a house move and are unsure of when your new property will be ready for you to move in. If you know that you’ll need to keep your storage space for at least 12 months, let us know because we offer a 20% discount at our Fort Kinnaird store for longer-term stays.

Why Edinburgh?
Edinburgh is a highly attractive place to visit, and it’s a great place to live and work. As a nation’s capital city, house prices are naturally more expensive than in other Scottish cities, but they are far cheaper than in London and there are plenty of rental properties to choose from at reasonable rates. It’s an attractive city, thanks to its mixture of historical and sympathetic modern architecture, and there’s a wealth of literature and arts festivals that take place throughout the year to keep residents and tourists entertained.
Edinburgh is a sought-after location for young professionals and businesses because of the city’s strong local economy, and it’s a
great place for children. It’s also home to no fewer than six universities offering a diverse range of subjects, attracting students from all over the world, many of whom choose to stay and work in Edinburgh after graduation.
