If moving into your new office space is likely to be a gradual process, it’s worth remembering that you can reduce (or increase) the size of your Safestore unit at any time, so you’ll never need to pay for a unit that's larger than you actually need.
You can keep your storage unit for just a week or extend your stay for as long as you need. If your existing office is being refurbished, or if you haven’t yet found your ideal new office space, there’s no rush to finalise anything - your stock and equipment will be safe with us for as long as you need, and many of our stores offer 24-hour access.
Rent office space with Safestore
If your normal office space is going to be out of action for a while, or if you’ve decided that you need a more affordable alternative to a lengthy commercial lease, several of our stores across Great Britain have office space to rent.
Our office space
is unfurnished, so you can fill it with whatever equipment and furniture your business needs to run. At some of our stores, telephone lines and WiFi are already in place, and our staff can even accept deliveries on your behalf so that you don’t need to interrupt your working day to receive them yourself.
Aside from our flexible contract terms and low weekly cost, we offer additional products and services at many of our stores, including:
- Packing materials (e.g. cardboard boxes and bubble wrap)
- Transport options to help with large or bulky items
- Pallet trucks, forklift trucks and trolleys to manoeuvre your belongings
- Double door access, drive up room access and covered loading bays
- Our storage units are indoors and protected by intruder alarms and 24 hour recorded CCTV. You’ll be the only person to have access to your unit, which will be secured with your own padlock or a keycard.
