Whatever the cause, if you’re facing an upheaval in your work environment soon, self storage can help you to keep your day-to-day business running smoothly.
At Safestore, we have a number of storage solutions for your office furniture, tools, stock or archives. You can move your belongings into a clean, dry unit and you can purchase packaging/protectors to help protect your things. Plus, you are the only key holder to your room with unlimited access during opening hours so that your business can keep operating as normal.
Several of our stores also have dedicated business units and office space to rent, if you need a temporary (or longer-term) alternative to your normal work premises.
Store with Safestore while you relocate your office space
Our storage units range in size from 10 sq ft lockers to warehouses of over 500 sq ft. We have video guides that can help you to decide how much space you’ll need, and our experienced team are always on hand to offer advice if you’re unsure of which size unit you should choose. If moving into your new office space is likely to be a gradual process, it’s worth remembering that you can reduce (or increase) the size of your Safestore unit at any time, so you’ll never need to pay for a unit that's larger than you actually need.
You can keep your storage unit for as little or as long as you need. If your existing office is being refurbished, or if you haven’t yet found your ideal new office space, there’s no rush to finalise anything - your stock and equipment will be safer with us for as long as you need.
Rent office space with Safestore
If your normal office space is going to be out of action for a while, or if you’ve decided that you need a more affordable alternative to a lengthy commercial lease, several of our stores across Great Britain have office space to rent. Our office space is unfurnished, so you can fill it with whatever equipment and furniture your business needs to run. At some of our stores, telephone lines and WiFi are already in place, and our staff can even accept deliveries on your behalf so that you don’t need to interrupt your working day to receive them yourself.
How can self storage help with an office refurbishment?
Aside from our flexible contract terms and low weekly cost, Safestore offer additional products and services at many of our stores, including:- Packing materials (e.g. cardboard boxes and bubble wrap)
- Transport options to help with large or bulky items
- Pallet trucks, forklift trucks and trolleys to manoeuvre your belongings
- Double door access, drive up room access and covered loading bays
Our storage units are indoors and protected by intruder alarms and 24 hour recorded CCTV. You’ll be the only person to have access to your unit, which will be secured with your own padlock or a keycard.
