1. Apply online

    Search for a role which you feel best fits your skills and requirements. Then, follow our
    online application where you’ll be prompted to complete various questions. Once you’ve
    completed the questions, upload your CV and submit your application.

  2. Telephone interview

    We’ll review your application against the skills required for the role you have applied for. If
    you’re successful, someone from our HR team will get in touch to arrange a telephone
    interview. During the telephone interview we’ll talk to you about your previous experience
    and we’ll tell you more about the role..

  3. Face-to-Face assessment

    Typically, the assessment involves role-play based exercises and a competency-based
    interview. These help us to evaluate the skills and behaviours you’ll bring to Safestore.
    Occasionally, the assessment may take place at an assessment centre – where we will
    also ask you to take part in a group exercise.
    We'll ask you to bring along a document to prove your eligibility to work in the UK.

  4. Finally... 

    Someone from our HR team will be back in touch to let you know if you’ve been
    successful. All of our job offers are made by phone and then confirmed in writing. If you’re
    not successful, we will inform you and provide feedback as appropriate.
    If you’re applying for a Store Manager role, you’ll get to meet one of our Directors before
    being offered a role.
